Academic Vision

To Become an International-Level Center for Research-Based Business Administration Development that is Excellent, Ethical, and Adaptive in Facing VUCA by 2030.

Study Program Mission

  1. To organize Academic and Professional Education in the field of Business Administration that produces graduates who prioritize ethics, are lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and adaptive.
  2. To produce leading research in the field of business administration science, emphasizing creative and solution-oriented ideas to generate national and international scientific publications. This research aims to initiate and drive changes in science, technology, and the arts (IPTEKS) that benefit society.
  3. To implement and develop community service activities as an application of business administration science, based on socially-oriented business development and local wisdom approaches.
  4. To build networks and cooperation with stakeholders at both national and international levels to enhance the quality of education, research, and community service.
  5. To implement professional, harmonious, and humanistic governance based on accountability and transparency, aiming to create a friendly, high-tech, and effective educational environment.
