The Pandemic condition will not stop the student organizations activities. This year, Universitas Diponegoro was given the opportunity to host the 2021 IMABI National Conference. IMABI (Indonesian Business Administration Student Association) is an organization that accommodates business / or commercial administration students throughout Indonesia to develop their abilities and creativity. It is divided into five regions in Indonesia with the central management as the head of the organization. As an organization, IMABI conducts accountability session at the end of each management period for both central and regional administrators, which are attended by all business or commercial administration delegates throughout Indonesia. Accountability session or National Conference is held at different universities every year, and in 2021, Universitas Diponegoro was chosen as the Host of the IMABI National Conference.
The National Conference activity lasted for seven days from July 26 to August 1, which was carried out Hybrid. The first day was started with remarks from the chief executive, head of student associations, secretary-general of IMABI, AIABI, and the Dean of FISIP. As well as entertainment performances of traditional dances. The session began on the second day with a discussion of one to three plenary sessions which was delayed on the discussion of the regional accountability reports. It was continued on the third day with the same agenda on Regional Accountability Reports and the Central Administrator. The session was continued on the fourth day with a question and answer agenda for the Accountability Report and Delegating the IMABI Administrators, the third plenary session was done on the fourth day. Then, the agenda on the fifth day was to carry out the fourth plenary session, namely the Presentation of the Vision and Mission of the Secretary-General Candidate which was then postponed and continued on the sixth day which was closed by the Election and Ratification of the IMABI Secretary-General for the period of 2021-2022. The session ended on the seventh day with the final agenda, namely the selection of the host of the 2022 IMABI Congress and National Conference. The 2021 IMABI National Conference event was closed on the seventh day with a closing statement delivered by the chief executive and the chairman of the association.
The IMABI National Conference in 2021 which was taken place for seven days from July 26 to August 1, with the result that the Secretary-General of IMABI for the period 2021-2022 went to Alieza Maudy Sardani from the Universitas Sumatera Utara and the Host of the 2022 IMABI Congress and National Conference would be the Politeknik Negeri Samarinda.
