Graduates of Undip’s Business Administration program are prepared to become innovative Entrepreneurs capable of independently creating and managing businesses. They are equipped with in-depth understanding of business management, strategic marketing, digital entrepreneurship, and business sustainability. Their sensitivity to market needs and ability to develop competitive business models make them ready to build startups or develop businesses into more modern and globally competitive entities.
Besides entrepreneurship, graduates are also directed to become professional Business Operators proficient in managing business organizations—whether in manufacturing, services, or creative industries. They possess competencies in business planning, human resource management, financial analysis, and supply chain optimization. With strong analytical and leadership skills, Adbis Undip graduates can serve as managers, business consultants, or operational strategy developers who are efficient and adaptive to market changes.
Furthermore, Adbis FISIP UNDIP also pays special attention to developing graduates as Business Instructors and Facilitators. They are trained to educate, guide, and inspire individuals or communities in building business capacity. History of Excellence
The Bachelor of Business Administration Study Program (PS Adbis) was established in 1970 and possesses a long-standing history of excellence in implementing the Three Pillars of Higher Education and making significant contributions to the education sector. The achievement of “Unggul” (Superior) accreditation from LAMEMBA and Fully Accredited status from FIBAA serve as national and international recognition of the comprehensively delivered quality education. PS Adbis also organizes the International Undergraduate Program (IUP), an international class program that has been running since 2019. The program’s history of excellence continues to grow through education, research, community service, as well as strengthening in student affairs, alumni relations, and cooperation with various stakeholders.
Education
The Bachelor of Business Administration Study Program (PS Adbis) at UNDIP consistently updates its curriculum to remain relevant with the times. Since 2024, PS Adbis has implemented the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum, developed based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology No. 23 of 2023. This curriculum provides students with broader opportunities to develop competencies through interdisciplinary learning, student exchange programs, internships, research, entrepreneurship, and social activities recognized as an integral part of learning outcomes.
As a form of integration between science and practice, students are encouraged not only to master theory but also to have the option to complete their studies through a Field Work as an alternative to a thesis. This Field Work can take the form of business model designs, applied research results, or entrepreneurial innovations relevant to the field of business administration. Thus, PS Adbis graduates are prepared not only as professional workforce but also as innovators and contributors to the development of modern, globally competitive business.
In addition, PS Adbis continues to strengthen its international network through international classes (IUP), student exchange programs, and summer courses at various partner universities in Asia and Europe. To equip students with practical experience, the Business Practice (Internship) course remains an essential component, supported by hundreds of national and international corporate partners.
