The Undergraduate Business Administration Department\u2019s lecturers are active in conducting research programs through various coaching research schemes, as well as research schemes for the local and national competitions. Each Lecturer has at least one compulsory research, even though in reality they may active in 2 or 3 studies each year. The competition research schemes which are actively followed and get funding are the competition research of the Faculty, Undip, and DRPM Dikti. A number of studies which become the main themes of the Business Administration Department\u2019s lecturers include the Word of Mouth and consumer behavior in various industries, marketing orientation, corporate social responsibility and business sustainability, human capital, and\u00a0business strategy.<\/p>\n

In order to provide the enrichment of the research knowledge and experience, the Business Administration\u2019s Lecturer Research Team will let the students join the research. Students will act as the field assistants or personnel for the data collection, data processing, and data description preparation. Fortunately, some students with good qualifications were involved in the preparation of the research instruments and research reports in the form of papers. In 2020, there were 18 students involved in the Lecturers of the Business Administration\u2019s research.<\/p>\n

In order to get substantial research results from the various perspectives, the research of the Business Administration\u2019s Lecturers does not only involve the internal department mono-disciplinary team, but also multi-disciplinary and even involves partners from other universities. Such as, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Hairy Ibrahim from Sultan Idris Education University Malaysia and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Irina Safitri Zen from the International Islamic University Malaysia.<\/p>\n

The undergraduate Business Administration Department has a significant number of national and international publications generally published in the reputable national and international journals, in book form, and even IPR from scientific works and product designs. Such as, batik designs and patents for making milk crackers. Throughout the 2020, there were 17 papers published in the reputable international journals and Scopus indexed proceedings.<\/p>\n

There are 26 scientific papers made as the application of the lecturers\u2019 research among the Business Administration\u2019s lecturers; \u00a015 academic text books, as well as 3 reference works in monograph, and 1 research report for partners. In 2020 there were at least two papers published in the Reputable International Journals as the collaboration of the Publications. The first work was the book chapter with the publisher by Routledge, and the second one was the Reputable International Journal Q2 with the colleagues from the International Islamic University Malaysia.<\/p>\n

Each Lecturer has at least one compulsory research, even though in reality they may active in 2 or 3 studies each year. The competition research schemes which are actively followed and get funding are the competition research of the Faculty, Undip, and DRPM Dikti. A number of studies which become the main themes of the Business Administration Department\u2019s lecturers include the Word of Mouth and consumer behavior in various industries, marketing orientation, corporate social responsibility and business sustainability, human capital, and\u00a0business strategy.\r\n\r\nIn order to provide the enrichment of the research knowledge and experience, the Business Administration\u2019s Lecturer Research Team will let the students join the research. Students will act as the field assistants or personnel for the data collection, data processing, and data description preparation. Fortunately, some students with good qualifications were involved in the preparation of the research instruments and research reports in the form of papers. In 2020, there were 18 students involved in the Lecturers of the Business Administration\u2019s research.\r\n\r\nIn order to get substantial research results from the various perspectives, the research of the Business Administration\u2019s Lecturers does not only involve the internal department mono-disciplinary team, but also multi-disciplinary and even involves partners from other universities. Such as, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Hairy Ibrahim from Sultan Idris Education University Malaysia and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Irina Safitri Zen from the International Islamic University Malaysia.\r\n\r\nThe undergraduate Business Administration Department has a significant number of national and international publications generally published in the reputable national and international journals, in book form, and even IPR from scientific works and product designs. Such as, batik designs and patents for making milk crackers. Throughout the 2020, there were 17 papers published in the reputable international journals and Scopus indexed proceedings.\r\n\r\nThere are 26 scientific papers made as the application of the lecturers\u2019 research among the Business Administration\u2019s lecturers; \u00a015 academic text books, as well as 3 reference works in monograph, and 1 research report for partners. In 2020 there were at least two papers published in the Reputable International Journals as the collaboration of the Publications. The first work was the book chapter with the publisher by Routledge, and the second one was the Reputable International Journal Q2 with the colleagues from the International Islamic University Malaysia.\r\n
